Withdrawal from the contract

Article 7 of the terms and conditions says when you can withdraw from the contract: until we match the payment to the order, for a new entity until we publish it, and when a technical error on our side kept the payment from showing in the ranking.

You'll find both in the order confirmation we emailed you; the “Withdraw from the contract” link in it fills in the order for you. On the next page you check the statement and send it, and we immediately confirm receipt by email with the date and time.

You can also withdraw in any other way, with any clear statement: most easily by email to info@zebricekfirem.cz with the order's variable symbol. If you want the formalities of the model form, copy the text below, fill it in and send it by email.
